This page explains what personal data we process, why, for how long, and what your rights are. We follow Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and the Czech Act No. 110/2019 Coll. on personal data processing.
Who the controller is
The controller is Radim Pajurek, Wolkerova 1593, 738 01 Frýdek-Místek, Czech Republic, Company ID (IČO) 10705384, a self-employed sole trader registered in the Czech Trade Register.
We are not required to appoint a Data Protection Officer. Please send questions to the contact above.
What data we process
Only what you give us, plus the technical data needed to run the site and protect the form.
inquiry form data: name, company, email, phone (if you enter it), topic and message,
anything you tell us by email or phone,
technical visit data (IP address, browser and device type, time) in server logs,
your reply to a website audit, if we sent you one: selected offer items, company name and note.
Purposes and legal bases
Handling your inquiry and preparing an offer — steps taken at your request before entering into a contract, Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR.
Answering a general question — legitimate interest in replying to whoever contacted us, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
Protecting the form from spam and abuse — legitimate interest in secure operation, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
Running the site and security (logs) — legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
Visitor analytics — only with consent, Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR. We don’t load any yet, so there is no consent banner.
How long we keep data
Inquiries that did not lead to work together: 12 months from sending, then deleted automatically.
Data on contracts we enter into and accounting records: for the period required by the Czech Accounting Act (No. 563/1991 Coll.).
Ordinary email correspondence: 2 years from the last contact.
Server logs: according to the host’s settings, usually a few weeks.
Recipients
We don’t sell data. We only share it with those the site and inquiries can’t work without:
Cloudflare, Inc. — runs this site and stores submitted inquiries (Cloudflare Workers and D1) as our processor under its data processing terms.
Public authorities — only where the law requires it.
Transfers outside the EU
The site and stored inquiries run on infrastructure of Cloudflare, Inc., based in the USA, so data may be processed outside the EU. Cloudflare participates in the EU–US Data Privacy Framework, for which the European Commission has found an adequate level of protection.
Cookies and similar technologies
Details are in the cookie policy. Without your consent we load no analytics or advertising. Storing and reading information on your device is governed by Section 89(3) of the Czech Electronic Communications Act (No. 127/2005 Coll.).
Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to:
access your data and get a copy,
have incorrect or incomplete data corrected,
have data erased when it is no longer needed and the law doesn’t prevent it,
restrict processing,
data portability,
object to processing based on legitimate interest,
withdraw consent at any time where processing is based on consent, without affecting processing before withdrawal.
You can also complain to a supervisory authority, either in your own EU country or to the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection (Úřad pro ochranu osobních údajů), Pplk. Sochora 27, 170 00 Prague 7, uoou.cz.
How to exercise your rights
Write to us (email radim.pajurek@gmail.com, the form on the Contact page). We reply within one month at the latest. For complex requests we may extend this by two months and will tell you why in advance. To avoid giving data to the wrong person, we may ask you to confirm your identity.
Security
The site runs over HTTPS only. Only the people who handle inquiries can see them. We don’t make automated decisions or profile anyone with legal effects.
Changes
If our processing changes, we update this text and the effective date.
Cookie policy
Effective from 20. 10. 2026.
This site stores only what it needs to work. Fonts, styles and images come from our own server. We don’t load analytics.
What cookies are
Cookies and similar records (localStorage) are small pieces of text on your device. They help a site work, remember choices or — only with consent — measure visits.
What we store now
Form: a protection token and a timing check against spam. They exist only in the open page; nothing is stored on your device.
Analytics: none. Google Analytics or any other measuring script is not loaded. If we add one, it will be listed here the same day and we’ll ask in a banner with equally sized Accept and Decline buttons.
Since there is nothing to consent to right now, there is no banner and nothing is stored on your device.
What we don’t use
advertising or remarketing cookies,
third-party cookies that track you across sites,
embedded social widgets, maps or video players.
